- Most recent business permit and Audited Financial Statement; or
- Most recent business permit and Notarized Sworn Declaration of Gross Sales for the previous year; or
- Most recent business permit and income tax returns (ITR).
5. When I try to renew my business permit online, it says “BILLING NOT FOUND”
You may be renewing the permit for a BUSINESS NEWLY REGISTERED THE PREVIOUS YEAR.
In this case, please submit the following to the Revenue Examination Division of the Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) within the Cagayan de Oro City Hall Compound or via private message to the official Facebook page of the City Finance Department in order for your business tax billing to be computed:

- Most recent business permit and Audited Financial Statement; or

6. Do you accept CHECKS for Business Permit Registration or Renewal?
- YES! We accept Manager’s Check or Cashier’s Check.
7. Do you accept DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS for walk-in or online payments?
- YES! We accept VISA debit or credit cards for walk-in or online payments.
8. Are you open after 5:00 p.m.?
- YES! We are open from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on weekends.
The deadline for business permit renewal is 20 JANUARY 2023. EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 28, 2023.
